There are a total of five (5) AAU basketball teams/organization are based in Mountain House, CA. With Mountain House being in such close proximity to Tracy, CA, there is a lot of cross over in practice locations.
Several clubs, including Ares Basketball practices and free basketball clinics take place in the Mountain House community. With our member base (and other club member base) spreading from Mountain House, to as far south of Los Banos, and as far north of Lodi, the gym location seems to work best for a lot of local families.

Due to the ongoing concern regarding COVID-19 Coronavirus, there will be no participation in tournaments until further notice.
Ares Basketball is following California’s recommendation of not attending events that hosts 250 people or more. On game days, tournaments can easily have 250 players and spectators come through. By not participating, we help reduce the chance of exposure. We will continue to follow the advice of our state representatives and will continue to reassess the situation as more information becomes available. Please be aware that information is rapidly changing and will update you all as it becomes available.

Ares Basketball is looking to fill spots for their 10u, 11u, 12u, 13u, 14u, and High School teams in both girls and boys categories. We currently have kids in all age groups and looking to expand the teams.
Basketball Tryout Location and Time
Basketball Tryouts will be held at Sebastian Questa Elementary School in Mountain House, CA
Boys & Girls Tryouts
4th to 7th grade 6:30pm-7:45pm
8th to High School 7:45pm-9:00pm
